Laughter Yoga
Typically practiced in a group setting and led by a trained instructor, laughter yoga centers around breathing techniques, clapping, chanting, and, as the name suggests - laughter. Although there is little clinical evidence supporting its benefits, it has been said to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, and more.

Having a positive attitude can lower stress, improve symptoms, and help you feel better overall. Laughter has been found to be so helpful that laughter clubs and laughter yoga are real things and exist all over the world. Don't underestimate the power of positivity.
