PAA is thrilled to offer this unforgettable dinner party curated by Chris Hastings as part of the 2018 Taste for a Cure Live Auction! Generously donated by Idie and Chris Hastings, this amazing dining experience includes dinner for 8 with wine selections from the comfort of your home!

Chris worked for Frank Stitt at Bottega and Highlands Bar & Grill before opening his restaurant, Hot & Hot Fish Club in 1995. This was one of the first, farm to table restaurants east of the Mississippi. He has been featured in the NY Times, USA Today, Garden & Gun, Southern Living and many others. Chris was honored with the James Beard Best Chef: South award in 2012. His wife Idie, is a noted civic leader – voted one of the Top 10 Birmingham women in 2003. Idie and Chris participate in many charity events as chef and speakers. Their love for Carol and Rusty Stewart connects them to this event and the Parkinson’s community in a very special way.

Proceeds from Taste for a Cure benefit medical research initiatives towards a cure for Parkinson’s disease as well as care programs for PD patients and caregivers that can help maximize quality of life through positive healthcare outcomes. Tickets may be purchased online now and you can follow us on Facebook or Twitter for the latest updates.
